Job Title: Desk Based Account Manager
Location: Ewloe (near Chester)
Salary: Up to £28,000 + open ended commission
Contract Type: Permanent

The ARO Collaboration team supply, support and enhance the key technology that makes UK business tick. Whether it’s a business mobile phone contract, Microsoft Teams, Hosted Telephony, the latest Audio Visual technology or business connectivity ARO are one of the UKs leading providers of all these products and services and a whole lot more.
This role in the sales team in our Ewloe office just outside Chester is a superb way to get your sales career kick started in a dynamic successful team that are key to the success of ARO.
You will initially be based fully on site for your first 6 months of training, the role will then be hybrid with 3 days based on site and 2 from home.
As the Desk Based Account Manager your role is to serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. You will also work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met and develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
