Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join their team as a Recruitment Business Partner and oversee a new internal division. With many offices in the UK, the location for this role can be flexible. As well as running and managing your own area, you will collaborate with a well-established recruitment team.
This role is pivotal to their growth plans and would suit a well networked Recruitment Business Partner with experience and knowledge of the UK Insurance market. You will have a strong LinkedIn presence and headhunting skills alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. The focus will be on providing an excellent service for hiring managers, high quality candidate experience, building the employer brand and demonstrating savings against current recruitment costs.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the recruitment strategy from vacancy to offer; including vacancy management, advertising, direct sourcing, supporting the interview process, managing offers and linking smoothly to the new starter process, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Support and develop the candidate attraction strategy, including; online job boards, database sourcing, candidate pooling and social media.
• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, including visiting our offices, to carry out resourcing and recruitment reviews and provide support and advice.
• Provide strategic recruitment advice to support Hiring Managers in line with regulation and legislation promoting positive working relationships at all times.
• Help to develop our employer brand, working closely with key stakeholders.
• Working with senior stakeholders and leaders to talent plan for their business area, understanding their business areas and culture to deliver the very best candidates to them.
Experience:
• Previous recruitment experience within a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the Insurance industry
• Previous headhunting skills, with the ability to approach candidates and promote us as an employer of choice.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing, project building and networking skills
• Experience of delivering and ‘end to end’ recruitment service.
• Experienced in talentpooling and networking across multi sites
• Customer service driven attitude and mindset, and a proactive approach.
• Passionate about recruitment and being great at building relationships with excellent organisation and administration skills.
