Appian Lead Developer with Pharmacy Benefit Manager/ Rx Domaine knowledge

Job Location: Richmond VA/Norfolk VA/Atlanta GA/ Woodland Hills CA/Thousand Oaks CA/Mason OH/ Wallingford CT ( Day 1 Onsite) Candidate needs to work from client office for 3 Days Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)

seeking an experienced Appian Lead Developer with Pharmacy Benefits Manager/ Rx Domaine knowledge to manage highpriority application development initiatives. You will lead technical design and development using Appian to build complex enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead Appian development teams and projects to build innovative solutions

Translate business requirements into technical designs and manage build processes

Guide application architecture decisions ensuring robust scalable applications

Direct configuration of application objects interfaces data models and other solution components

Mentor junior developers on Appian best practices and object design patterns

Drive process and communication between business and IT teams

Stay on top of latest Appian functionality and roadmap releases

Requirements:

8 years as an Appian developer

PBM/Rx Domain

Expertlevel understanding of Appian platform and architecture

Experience leading multiple Appian development teams

Excellence collaborating crossfunctionally to achieve technology goals

Creative problemsolver who can resolve complex Appian issues

Excellent communication skills with stakeholders

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Full lifecycle implementation experience across multiple major Appian applications
