Empowering Learning are working with an established Preparatory school to recruit a level 3 qualified Nursery Class Leader to guide and manage the opening of a provision for two year olds, adding to their impressive Early Years site in leafy South East London from April 2024.

Once the provision opens in September 2024, reporting to the Head of Early Years, you will be responsible for the pastoral wellbeing and developmental progress of all the children, and for creating and managing a caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment. You must have a relevant Level 3 EYs qualification and experience of caring for and inspiring children, with excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum, its statutory requirements and safeguarding procedures.
