Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others. Overview of role

Location: Liverpool
Reporting to the Consumer Care Team Leader, the job holder will be responsible for responding to all consumer queries in a manner which reflects the voice of the brand, timely and efficiently including responding and engaging with our consumers via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

We will consider full and part time applications (school hours 9:30am-2:30pm 4 days a week). Hybrid working in the office 2 days and working 2 days at home. This is also Fixed Term for 9 months. Salary up to £24k (pro rata for part time).

Key Accountabilities

- Provide excellent customer service responding to complaints and queries through various channels including phones, social media, emails, letters and webforms.
- Switch between multiple systems whilst inputting and updating CRM system.
- Maintain ownership and responsibility of all contacts throughout the lifecycle of a customer’s request, including all follow-up and escalated communications.
- Recommend improvements for systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Work with multiple businesses, stakeholders, and brands. Following relevant guidelines and processes.
- Complete ad-hoc administrations tasks as required.

The Right Person

- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a Contact Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a proficiency in business communication preferably within a Customer Service environment.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to empathise with customers and resolve complaints and queries calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram within a commercial setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confident in navigating around multiple computer systems in a fast paced environment.
