What would you do as our Quantity Surveyor:
We are looking for someone who will manage all contractual and commercial aspects of allocated projects and will help us maximize revenue and profit for each contract.
You would also:

• Support the tendering and negotiation process.
• Generate, control and monitor project budgets.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work to generate additional sales revenue, offset additional costs and maximize profitability.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications for completed works.
• Agree terms and conditions and budgets for sub-contracted works.

The skills and experience you need:

• We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a Quantity Surveying degree.
• Has a strong Quantity Surveying experience in construction building products industry.
• Knows and understands contractual documents and formats, including NEC 3 and JCT.
•  Ideally, you would be a decision maker with good problem-solving skills. You know how to use online project management packages and Microsoft office. You know how to communicate, negotiate and build positive relationships with your main stakeholders.
