About the job

Franke Coffee Systems UK are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Team as a Trainer & Auditor, covering the south of the UK (incl London).  Based on area to be covered, ideally, you’ll be based in South West London or Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire or Surrey.  The successful candidate will be responsible for training and site auditing across various sectors and site types.

Ideally a fan of coffee and a coffee background, although not essential, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to support and work with customers to ensure their expectations on our machines are met.

Your tasks

Training

• Deliver install training and have strong communication skills to deliver training on a wide range of bean to cup machines. (Current experience on coffee machines not necessary as full induction training will be provided)
• Deliver additional training based on requirements of both business and customer.
• Support service-related issues by delivering site coaching and troubleshooting.
• Complete all necessary paperwork relating to training sessions and update systems accordingly. Close attention to detail required. 

Site Auditing 

• Support with on-site customer auditing
• Monthly machine compliance and quality audit 
• Monthly site consumables stock audit for defined customers 

Working alongside sales to ensure machines trials run smoothly and successfully.  This will include ensuring configurations, menu and set up is as per customer's expectations, ensuring they have the best possible experience.  

Carrying out site visits and surveys ahead of key installs to ensure site is ready and/or advise of any works required.

Requirements

• Proven Experience in training and auditing, ideally related to coffee or coffee equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
• High enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK meeting customers and end user sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
