Job description
Housing Officer - Tenancy Management needed in Stroud.
The hourly rate is flexible dependant on experience and skill.
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide a customer focused comprehensive housing management service. Focusing rent collection, estate management and adherence to tenancy conditions covering a designated patch.
They will effectively manage a designated patch of properties, ensuring that homes are lived in, investigate non-occupation and illegal occupancy. Ensure that tenants understand their rights and responsibilities as set out in the tenancy agreement and to assist them to sustain their tenancy and participate in community events and activities, supporting tenant engagement and delivering excellent customer service.
