About Our Client
My client is recognised as a market leading Manufacturing company. Due to their growth, I am supporting the wigan office to recruit their next part-qualified Management Accountant on a temporary basis.
Job Description
As a management accountant your duties will include:
- Work closely with the Head of Finance in the review & preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Review balance sheet reconciliations;
- Ensure management accounts are completed to deadlines and in accordance with adopted policies and procedures;
- Planning and managing finance project work, including cross functional teams involving international colleagues;
- Maintenance of fixed asset registers
- Variance analysis of monthly profit and loss statements
- Manage VAT returns
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role as a management accountant.
You will be a great team player and have good excel skills to be able to give good commentary and analysis on the production of the management accounts.
