We have an exciting opportunity working within both new and existing projects, creating bespoke, safe and cost-effective engineering solutions for our clients within the energy sector.
Optimus is a FEED and concept design specialist, but also undertakes detail brownfield and greenfield engineering scopes through to fabrication.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in diverse and interesting scopes within the following industries:- offshore oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, carbon capture and renewables.

Key Duties:
Suitable candidates shall have good attention to detail, be a proficient and checker, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss and articulate scopes clearly and confidently.
The ideal engineering candidate should have significant experience in Brownfield offshore and onshore Piping Engineering activities. Good working knowledge of relevant piping codes and standards. Proficient in layout, flexibility review and supporting of pipework. Comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors and suppliers with good written and verbal communication. Experienced also required :-Our ideal candidate will enjoy team working, will be customer and quality focused, can use their own initiative and will be responsive to our business and client needs.
We’d like you to have a degree in a relevant subject and significant previous experience in detail design with an understanding of other disciplines. You need to have some experience and an interest in working with AutoDesk products.We are all about practical delivery.
