Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Leicestershire, LE19
Working Model: Hybrid working
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000

The Supply Chain Division at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join their Leicestershire based client on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a well-established business, within a large Supply Chain department, offering excellent development opportunities.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Being the first point of contact to review, resolve and provide advice on supply chain enquiries regarding material/production planning, product support, deliveries and labelling.
- Ensuring supply chain service requests are logged accurately on to the internal database, and each stage of the issue/resolution process is recorded accurately.
- Ensure that SOP's are maintained, detailed and up to date.
- Identifying frequent issues, to be able to seek continuous development opportunities to avoid future occurrence.
- Work closely alongside the IT department as a Supply Chain presence to support process and system changes, and new system implementations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes regarding order management, demand planning and scheduling warehouse operational tasks.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within a Supply Chain Analyst role and have a strong understanding of using multiple systems for data analysing and reporting. You will enjoy problem solving and have the ability to prioritise key duties.

It is crucial that you are able to build relationships at all levels and provide clear technical and business information and coaching support. You will need to be adaptable to work alongside Supply Chain, IT, Projects and Operations departments to ensure that all divisions understand system processes to carry out their daily responsibilities.

It would be an advantage if you have experience with the below (not essential):
- Writing complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
- EDI knowledge and experience.
- Manufacturing, logistics or engineering industry experience.
