Job description
An exciting new role has arisen for a Social Media Executive to work for a luxury online retailer. They have established itself as the benchmark of luxury discount shopping, offering over 350 designer fashion brands at exceptional prices of up to 70% off.
This is a temporary role, so candidates must be available immediately without a notice period.
Duties include:
- Create concepts for social first shoots, ensuring channel best practices are followed and creative ideas align to the overall creative direction
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure social first assets are planned for and captured on wider campaign shoots
- Create the social posting calendar, scheduling messaging that aligns with wider business priorities and consumer demand on each platform
- Work closely with the editorial content team to ensure activity is delivered successfully across social channels
- Manage community engagement across key platforms, driving positive engagement from our audience
- Schedule content through our posting tool, ensuring assets, copy and posting times are input accurately
- Utilise existing InDesign and photoshop templates to create assets on a weekly basis
- Create monthly and campaign level reports for social activity, reporting on key objectives and providing commentary to drive action across teams
The candidate:
- At least 2 years' experience working within an organic social role.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared results
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms for a global brand, in-house or at agency
