Location; Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.

Contract basis; Part Time/ Supply

Salary; from £85 per day

We are currently working with a broad range of great Primary schools in Worcester and the surrounding area. They are looking for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their schools on part time / supply basis.

As a teaching assistant you will be responsible for nurturing the academic and personal development of pupils aged 4-11 years old across Key stage 1 and Key Stage 2, to help them reach their full potential.

In this role as a higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) you may be expected to;

* Support children in the class setting as well as on a 1:1 basis.
* Plan and deliver group work that is tailored to suit the individual needs of each child.
* Have a sensitive and creative approach to teaching.
* A positive upbeat attitude to motivate and excite the children.

As a higher level teaching assistant (HLTA), we will require from you;

* Relevant qualifications, level 4 is preferred but level 2/3 is also acceptable.
* Relevant previous experience.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* A passion to help inspire young minds.
