Hays Healthcare are actively recruiting RNLD\'s to join their Learning Disabilities Inpatient Unit in Middleton.

Your new role
- You will be expected to work within a multi professional framework, being named nurse for adult service users with learning disabilities and complex needs. The post holder will work within a hierarchical structure, under the supervision of the Manager/Deputy Manager.
- Assessment & Treatment Units for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. Admissions are short term for people requiring a period of intensive assessment and treatment/therapy away from home.
- You will be required to take charge of the shift and offer management supervision sessions to the Clinical Support Workers who are assigned to you.
- Nurses will be encouraged to excel within their nursing role and we offer a number of development opportunities both internally through our education department and externally though a range of colleges and universities we are associated with.
- Nurses must have strong and positive values, be enthusiastic, have good communication skills and able to build effective working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team.
