Job description

**Job Title: Prep & Polisher**

Previous experience of working in a Body shop in a similar role is essential. This isnt a detailer role.

**Shift:** Monday Friday 8:00 17:00 with overtime available as and when required.

Team bonus paid monthly based on efficiency being reached and site targets being achieved.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £30,000/annum

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

De-Nibbing painted panels.

Obtaining a manufacture finish for painted panels.

Ensuring no holograms, over-spray or imperfections are present in painted panels.

Working alongside the quality control department to ensure work is carried out in a timely manner.

Be expected to work efficiently and effectively.

Report any continuous reoccurring problems.

**Requirements:**

Be confident with different tools and materials.

Be able to mop and polish to a high standard.

Great team player

Can do and will do attitude.

Demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
