Relief Teaching Assistant for Primary School
Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? We are seeking dedicated Relief Teaching Assistants to join our primary school team. Relief Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Assist students with their learning tasks, including reading, writing, and mathematics.
- Supervise students during class sessions, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Support students with special educational needs or individualized learning plans.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall well-being of students.
Requirements: - Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom environments.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education and working with children.
Additional Information: - This is a relief position, providing cover for regular teaching assistants as needed throughout the primary school.
- Hours may vary depending on school requirements.
- Training and support will be provided to successful candidates.
