Court of Protection Solicitor - Property and Financial Affairs (Oxford/ Birmingham)
£50,000 - £70,000
Join a rapidly expanding national firm as a Court of Protection Solicitor in either their Oxford or Birmingham office. My client is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor that focuses on property and financial affairs and provide expert advice on a range of issues arising from multimillion-pound serious injury cases. Our client has an exclusive focus on high-value compensation, particularly in handling substantial multimillion-pound child brain injury claims.
Distinguished in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories, our client boasts a team with diverse accreditation's, from The Law Society to the Brain Injury Group. They specialise exclusively in complex, high-value, and high-quality work, offering you the chance to engage with the most challenging and rewarding cases.

Experience
- You just have proven track record in overseeing Property and Affairs Deputyships, boasting a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- You will have a solid understanding of the Professional Deputyship Standards, the Mental Capacity Act (along with its accompanying Code of Practice), and the Court of Protection Practice Directions.
This position provides flexibility regarding your work location, encompassing a balanced blend of remote work and in-office presence. Applications are encouraged from candidates residing in proximity to their Oxford office, but they are also open to considering applications from individuals in other locations within their national office network.
