Job description

We are looking for a HR Administrator as a 12-month contract Maternity Leave in Liverpool Speke. Candidate must provide administrative assistance and day to day support to the HR Team. As part of a 4 people team the role reports to the HR Manager.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00 and Fridays 09:00 to 13:00 total 31.5 hours per week .
This role is ideal for people with HR experience, including HR seeking a more flexible work pattern. Additionally, candidates such as University Graduates looking for work experience will be welcome to apply.

As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

Assist Managers in conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
Attending meetings and taking minutes and notes.
Handling confidential and sensitive information.
Collating data onto spreadsheets for Managers.
Writing invitation letters for disciplinary or RTW meetings.
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
Lialising with Line and Shift Managers.

Essential skills:

Efficient at Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
A very organised and proactive.
Innovative with ideas for creating an engaging workforce.
