We're a Young and Vibrant Creative Agency (with big plans for 2024) that focuses on empowering brands through strategy-backed videos. We're here to empower daring brands, in redefining strategy, creativity, and video to not just compete but dominate their niche.
So about the role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Part-time Creative Videographer & Editor. You will manage the entire end-to-end production process from ideation right through to post-production. You will also work closely with the team to execute briefs that align with tailored strategies and client goals.
Responsibilities:
Video Production: Execute all stages from planning to editing, ensuring captivating content for clients.
Collaboration & Creativity: Partner with the creative team to produce compelling narratives; contribute creatively to enhance final products.
Efficiency & Innovation: Guarantee timely project delivery, stay ahead of industry trends, and integrate digital innovations into video content.
Post-Production & Management: Oversee post-production tasks, manage equipment, and ensure the team's workload is balanced and efficient.
Planning & Coordination: Lead project planning, creative sessions, and team coordination to align on goals and ensure smooth execution.
Digital Excellence: Leverage knowledge of digital performance principles to improve content quality across platforms.

Creativity: Strong storytelling, creative skills, and artistic vision.

Video Production Expertise: Solid experience in production, editing, and color grading.
Independence: Capable of managing end-to-end production and creative direction autonomously.
Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Digital Savvy: Awareness of current trends and best practices in video and social media, especially YT and LinkedIn.

Starting Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Pro Rata
Salary is DOE, which can increase based on performance and time within the team.
