Construction Project Manager Job in Horsham, East Sussex
Construction Project Manager job working for an independent developer on multiple developments in the East Sussex region. Our client is looking to speak with construction professionals who have experience with property conversions and working on high-quality residential projects. For this role they are offering a salary of up to £60,000 + Package.
Our client are an established property developer who provide exceptional services and create high-quality homes throughout the South East of England. The successful candidate will be overlooking three developments from start to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing relevant project updates to support business strategy
- Planning and designating additional project resources as necessary
- Ensuring product quality and development/product presentation meet or exceed company standards
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are met within the site and, where appropriate, off site.
- Reporting into the Managing Director
- Abide by all company standards and procedures, and represent the business professionally at all times
Required Skills & Experience
- Construction degree is preferred (MSc in Construction Management)
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Residential construction experience
- Full UK Driving License.
