Job description
The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor will be:
- Managing HR processes and employee relations.
- Providing guidance on HR policy interpretation and application.
- Supporting in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Assisting line managers in performance management processes.
- Handling HR administration and record keeping.
- Participating in recruitment and selection processes.
- Facilitating staff training and development programmes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
