Job description

I am partnering with a fantastic agency who are looking for someone to join their team as a Creative Project Assistant. They are a forward-thinking agency with a busy creative studio and this is an opportunity to gain invaluable experience within a supportive environment. This role is based from their studio in Luton and will be 5 days per week on site initially, with some flex to do one day from home once up and running. The salary for this role is up to £25k with career opportunities to grow with the company.

They have a really busy creative studio and this role is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the world of production and project management.

The Role

This is your chance to dive into the world of production and project management in a creative environment. You will gain invaluable experience while supporting the clients and internal marketing communications teams. The role will primarily involve client management and project co-ordination.

Manage and nurture client relationships.

Document client feedback and communicate with internal teams.

Work alongside senior executives in project planning and execution.

Manage schedules, monitor project timelines, and report on progress.

Co-ordinate with teams to meet client expectations.

Keep project documentation and client files in order.

Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and other client materials.

Learn financial management aspects of projects.

Understand and uphold quality standards.

Engage in content quality control and provide creative team feedback.

About You  

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

English and grammar must be of an extremely high standard to interpret briefs, spot copy errors, and draft reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Positive attitude, eager to learn, and passionate about creative production of all kinds.

Marketing or related experience is a plus.
