Job description
Our Professional Services based client is looking to grow their pension department on a 6 month contract basis. As an Configuration Analyst you will be supporting on all aspects of the change and transition based project.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Gather and understand all of the client requirement and processes. This will then be collated and translated into system solutions.
- Overseeing and managing system configuration activities and quality this also includes the testing of the quality control activities.
- Conduct risk and issue identification and migration
- Work and focus troubleshooting and resolution of clients queries and issues
- Previously working in a Asset or pension background.
- Understand DPA (Data Processing Agreement) and how it works within Pension
- Experience setting up and running calculation for members and in a bulk capacity
- Previously worked on GAP analysis
- Previously created specification for IT Teams
