Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Position Type: Supply or Permanent (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional help.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for supporting the educational development of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
