About the role
As the result of internal promotion Scotland Excel is seeking a Corporate Services Assistant to join our Construction, Transport and Environment (CTE) team for a period of 12 months, with a possibility of a further 12 months dependant on funding.
The successful candidate will work as a member of the CTE team to lead, support and provide a range of administrative and support services under the guidance of the Principal Procurement Specialist.
You will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with colleagues across the CTE team to gather their requirements for support and ensure services are delivered to a high standard and on time.
You will support the Principal Procurement Specialist to provide confidential administrative services and support as required to Scotland Excel’s Executive Management Team.
Act as a first point of contact for general customer and elected member enquiries, ensuring that these are handled swiftly and effectively in line with Scotland Excel’s customer care focus.
Lead the development and administration of Scotland Excel’s electronic catalogues (e-cats) and mailboxes.
