Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor / legal executive to join a leading Warwickshire firm. With a minimum of 2 years experience, you will undertake a clinical negligence caseload under the supervision of the Head of Department.
You can expect to be involved in a varied caseload and assist senior fee earners on complex matters including all types of claimant clinical negligence claims, including birth injuries, spinal injury, surgical, orthopaedic, fatal claims, delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment and incorrect or inappropriate treatment. There will also be a small amount of personal injury work.
You will need excellent management, communication and organisational skills, proficiency in IT and have a polite and patient manner. You will also be involved in developing and promoting the department and the firm through social media, training and articles and blogs for the website.
