TXM Recruit are looking for an NDT Tester for some urgent fabrication works in Milton Keynes.
On successful interview you will be based on a rate of £28PH Umbrella or £20.84 ph PAYE for day shifts (6am-2pm) with availability to work up to 50 hours per week.
The successful person must hold a NDT PCN Level 2 - Welding and Fabrication
Position Summary:
The role carried out will be to NDT all welds completed within the Corrosion Department.
Within the role you will also be expected to aid in production within the Corrosion Department – in between NDT duties. This requires the candidate to have the ability to cut out corroded steel using grinders, plasmas and needle guns, as well as assist in the fabrication of new material for welders to refit.
Person Profile/Experience:
• NDT and Fabrication Experience (Cutting, grinding, and plasma to verbal and written instruction when required )
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Good attitude and willing to be flexible
Qualifications:
• NDT PCN Level 2 and Welding and Fabrication
