Scheme Manager - Part Time

 

Coopersfield – Stowmarket

 

£13,716 - £14,140 per year

 

22.5 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Housing Operations team. As a Scheme Manager you will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service which will include providing tenancy advice, following up repairs for residents and promoting independent living. This is a rewarding role and is ideal for someone who has previous experience of working with older people in a housing management or care setting and aware of safeguarding concerns.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £22,860 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £23,567 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
