Job description

Are you looking to kick start 2024 with a new 12 month contract? Have you got experience as a Project Lead on schemes up to £15m in value? Then look no further!

We are currently working with one of our long term main contractor clients to find a Project Manager capable of delivering a £13m project in NW London. Applicants will need to have a strong understanding of civil/groundwork/steel frame packages in order to be selected.

Interviews for this role will take place next week with the view to start asap.

The role:

• Management of site team, sub contractors and trades
• Overseeing all H&S and QA on site
• Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
• Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractor
• Managing the full site time and coordinating production, commercial, design and planning functions
• Ordering basic supplies to site
• Strong client/third party stakeholder engagement qualities

Requirements:

• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Able to work as a Project lead on projects between £10-£15m in value
• A strong understanding of JCT & D&B contracts
• Experience delivering civil engineering/groundwork/steel frame packages
• Able to start asap
