his role is part of SEUK MX division and will have a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management of within the SCM function. The role will work within a team of SCM specialists responsible for managing the day to day SCM relationship with a number of key accounts. A core part of the role will be working with each of the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting is in place and that we run the function efficiently within established process. In addition, project managing key activities within the program; such as new launches in channels, end of life management and ensuring correct WOS management and sell out plan adherence.

Coordinate closely with HQ, Factory and 3rd party logistics service providers to manage inbound supply, highlighting any shortage issues and providing recommendations. The individual also expect to contribute to the ongoing improvement initiatives around the current supply chain process, on hand aging inventory and production PO proposal processes

What does success look like?

In order to succeed in this role the successful candidate must be results driven with the ability to work under pressure and work to a weekly rhythm with a keen eye for detail.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work with your customers to build great relationships. Communication and collaboration are very important and key to helping with the SCM team to meet targets and weekly deadlines etc.

Your success would be measured by manager/customer feedback and PBP Results (Half yearly objective set by your manager) and target achievement results

Weekly activities include –

Weekly customer CPFR call

Forecast update on to GSCM (Internal system) delivery planning, booking and delivery of stock to end customer, attending team and trading meeting.

Assist the Supply Chain Manager directly by offering backup and support.

Overseeing and managing both short and long-term process enhancements within the SCM team.

Key behaviours would be, Cooperating with and collaborating with others, being respectful to colleagues and carry out your work in a professional manner.
