Job Title: Team Leader

Company: Collaborative Care Services

Collaborative Care Services is in search of a leader who possesses kindness and compassion to collaborate with a committed team of individuals responsible for providing care and support to young people. The Team Leader will assist the Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to children and young people. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of support workers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to children and young people.
• Oversee and supervise a team of support workers.
• Provide leadership and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to staff.
• Ensure effective communication with staff and key stakeholders.
• Promote a positive and inclusive working environment.

Requirements:

• Either possess a Diploma level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining it.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in a social care setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Passionate about providing high-quality support to children and young people.
