Head of Assets
Location: West Midlands
Type: Full-time permanent
Salary: Up to £67,000/pa plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Assets and Investment Team to maintain healthy, safe, and decent homes.
Foster partnerships and collaborative working with key stakeholders.
Use repair demand intelligence to influence planned programmes.
Manage the planning cycle to maintain our 30-year investment plan.
Co-produce an annual property maintenance improvement plan.
Secure external funding for environmental programmes.
Collaborate with other business areas to deliver joint initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven leadership track record in buildings, maintenance, or infrastructure sectors.
Experience in budget preparation, management, and financial monitoring.
Business development skills to win new contracts.
MRICS or MCIOB chartered, or demonstrable technical expertise.
