Our research plays a key role in tackling many global challenges, from reducing our carbon emissions to developing vaccines during a pandemic. We are looking for reliable, conscientious individuals to add to our register of Invigilator s. The appointment is offered on an ’as required’ basis throughout the year, with the majority of sessions occurring between March and the end of June (possibly including Saturdays and Bank Holidays). Invigilator s are scheduled on a session by session basis, in multiples of half days or whole days, according to their availability. The work involves laying out documentation onto desks, some basic administration, and the invigilation of each examination session. Sessions are normally 4.5 hrs. Please note: that if any current graduates in the University wish to apply, then such applicants must hold Probationer Research Student status or status for one of the following degrees: M.Sc. by Research, M.Litt., or D.Phil.
