Floating Support Worker

Full Time salary £24,735.33 (The current full-time salary of £24,735.33 per annum will be increasing to £26,221.41 per annum from 1st April).

Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

This is a Permanent Female Floating (Peripatetic) Support Worker role, offering an increased rate based in Bournemouth. Contracted hours for full time are 37.5 hours per week. Part time may be considered.

Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of Dimensions locations, backing up core staff teams with the same high level of training and expertise needed to provide engaging support.

We have the ambition to help people to get the most out of life, including the people we support and our staff. We provide comprehensive training as well as support and mentoring to help you progress and get the most out of this varied and engaging role.

Hours are guaranteed and shifts are booked 4 weeks in advance to give you the best work/life balance.

DUE TO THE LARGE ARE THAT WE COVER, A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
