Commercial Solicitor
A Southampton private practice requires an experienced commercial solicitor to prepare legal contracts and advise on business structures with associated protection from risks, corporate finance and M&A within an existing commercial department. The role reports to a Partner and requires you to manage a mixed commercial and corporate caseload involving a wide range of matters such as terms and conditions, commercial agreements, business sale and purchase, joint ventures and distribution agreements. The successful commercial solicitor will have worked upon commercial work and offer excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness and business development. Salary dependent upon experience.Job tags
