Job Summary:
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
· Lead business continuity on behalf of senior leadership team in Children and Family Services, coordinate testing of plans and deliver training to new staff from all aspects of the service as part of their induction.
· Manage a pooled central budget on behalf of all senior leaders within the service. Ensure effective management of the financial resources of the service to protect the Council’s commercial reputation by ensuring payment, monitoring and audit pathways are adhered to.
· To be responsible for the management and adherence to health and safety guidance and to maintain and update required documentation.
Essential Experience Required:
· Experience of financial management and financial analysis.
· Experience of managing business administration
· Experience of managing a building and understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
· Experience of successfully managing performance and providing clear constructive feedback.
