Business Analyst
Great Yarmouth
400– 450 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract – 6–8 weeks initially
You will be a qualified and experienced Business Analyst who can provide consultancy services. The project involves identifying, analysing, and prioritising business processes within their core service area's for potential streamlining through automation, self–service portals, digital systems, integration, or automation software.
Background:
They are dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations and the quality of services delivered to their end users. They require a skilled Business Analyst to assess the existing processes and recommend solutions for efficiencies, automation, and digitalisation.
Core Service Areas:
There are 16 service area's that will need looking at, but for this initial assignment you'll be concentrating on 1 particular service area.
Scope of Work:
The selected Business Analyst will:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing processes across various departments.
Analyse processes to determine suitability for digital enhancements.
Evaluate potential efficiency gains and benefits for each improvement opportunity.
Develop a prioritised roadmap for process improvements and automation initiatives.
Provide clear and actionable recommendations for technology solutions and best practices.
Deliverables:
Process maps for all business areas within the organisation.
Analysis report identifying processes eligible for digital improvement and automation.
Recommendation report prioritising automation/digital improvement tasks.
Experience of enhancing an organisations service delivery through strategic digital transformation would be advantageous.
