Ensure all goods are receipted as per HACCP & stock control procedures To provide a clean working environment by following a cleaning schedule To ensure catering provisions are distributed to wards and departments as per schedules Produce any reports for the Facilities Manager as directed Produce a weekly stock take of all food items
