Job description
My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Digital Infrastructure Project Delivery Manager on a Contract basis.
This role will have oversight over a range of projects, at varying stages of development and implementation, and/or specific responsibility for a large and complex project which you will manage directly.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site):
The Digital Infrastructure Team is a highly skilled and competent team operating across local and central government as well as directly with the commercial telecommunications market.
Lead a team of project managers, developing products and services that will support the delivery of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy
Contribute to the evolution of the Council’s Digital Infrastructure Strategy and be responsible for delivering multi-million-pound projects over the mid- to long-term, achieving the Council’s intended digital ambitions.
Direct responsibility for project budgets of £2M-£5M.
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
Knowledge of working within the telecommunications industry, in a local authority or public sector context.
Extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes within a local authority context.
Relevant project / programme / delivery management qualification or experience.
Effective team / people management skills and experience.
What’s on offer:
Salary: £500-£550+ per day, inside IR35

Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
