Job Title: Customer Relations Manager
Base Location: Slough
Salary: £34,909 - £53,850 depending on skills and experience, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. Car Allowance - £3313
Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent

Could you be our next Customer Relations Manager to join the team and drive this success forwards?
What will I be doing in this role? The Customer Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers, management team and subcontractors addressing their questions, complaints, and feedback related to upgrades in Utilities works.
In a typical day, you could expect to be:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers regarding Electrical and Utilities works upgrades. Engage with customers via various communication channels to address their questions and concerns.
- Complaint Handling: Receive and investigate customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with relevant departments and councils to address underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Transparency and Communication: Provide accurate information to customers regarding Electrical and Utilities works schedules, progress, and potential disruptions. Maintain transparent communication channels.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between customers and works teams, aiming for fair and mutually beneficial solutions.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to address customer concerns and integrate feedback into project planning.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to works teams on customer relations best practices. Conduct workshops to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor works to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met. Take corrective action as needed.
What do I need to be successful in the role? - Good working knowledge with SSEN or other DNO’s
- Good understanding and experience Of Parish council and County council requirements
- Proven experience in customer relations, complaint management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Street works requirements
- Good experience working with Site based teams
- Good working Knowledge of IT systems
- Being able to adhere to Business unit objectives
- Presentation skills.
- Good understanding of NSRWA.
