Are you a finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing internal finance team? We are currently seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to support the Workforce Market within the Tax Business at PwC.

Our Finance Business Partnering teams are an integral part of the internal Finance function and are aligned with business units. They work closely with the business unit's leadership team to help drive business performance and provide a platform to support well-informed and high-quality financial decision making. Business units can vary in size, but can be as large as 1,000 talented professionals who provide services within specific markets, industries, geographies, or products.
About the Role: Our Workforce Market Finance Business Partnering team provides objective financial advice and opinions that positively impact the future choices of the business unit. We identify and drive financial improvements, whether through pricing, efficiency, resource allocation, or cost management. We prepare financial plans, targets, budgets and forecasts for the business unit and report on financial and non-financial performance against these.

About You: As a Finance Business Partnering Manager, you will utilize your strong business, technical, analytical, and commercial skills to provide advice to our client-facing professionals in line with PwC policies and accounting standards. To excel in the role, you should be forward thinking and able to develop innovative solutions to support the business growth and profitability targets.
Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will work in a team of finance professionals, collaborating with other finance functions to build strong relationships and develop new skills.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Relevant finance qualification such as CA, ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Commercially minded with a deep understanding of business operations
- Proactive and takes personal responsibility for delivering tasks from start to finish in a timely manner
- Action-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work
- Demonstrates high energy, productivity, and the ability to deliver quality results with a challenging but positive and influencing style
- Strong relationship builder with a reputation for integrity, trust, and openness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills as well as proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools
- Committed to developing mutually supportive relationships with the wider Finance team and effectively utilizing available expertise
