Junior Recruitment Consultant

23,000-23,000    |    Walsall

Titan Recruitment are currently going through a period of growth which is expected to continue throughout 2023. We are currently looking for Junior Recruitment Consultants for both our Industrial and Driving desks.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Speak to prospective candidates who have applied for roles advertised
• Make outgoing telephone calls to candidates and clients
• Receive a thorough 12 week training programme to enable you to understand the role
• Call prospective clients to tell them the benefits of using Titan Recruitment
• Accompany experienced Consultants to site visits of new and existing clients
• Be supported by the experienced team on a daily basis
• Gain an understanding of basic employment laws such as National Minimum Wage
• Screen candidates over the phone and invite them into the office to be interviewed
• Complete company paperwork such as application forms and new client set up forms

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
