Are you a highly organised and engaging events professional looking for a great place to work? If so, this could be just the role for you!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to join a professional membership body to help deliver a new pilot programme of events across England and Wales. This is an extremely friendly and professional membership organisation with a great culture and a family feel, where they encourages everyone to be the best they can be!

The programme of events will include both in-person seminars and webinars and involve creating website landing and registration pages (on Cvent); delivering webinars (on Zoom Webinar), being the first port of call for all delegate enquires and offering on-site support to membership branches across England and Wales.

Experience required:
- Experience working in a similar events role, and planning and delivering both online and in person events.
- Track record in leading events which deliver tangible results at pace.
- Solid experience of using webinar software (Zoom) and events management systems (Cvent desirable
- First class communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent event coordination skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel
- Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.
