Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule travel for offshore and onsite workers, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Track technicians on and offboarding dates and gain timesheets and invoices
- Coordinate crew rotations and logistics for crew change-outs
- Manage visa and work permit applications for international crew members
- Maintain accurate records of worker schedules, locations, and rates of pay
- Work closely with Training Lead to ensure technician competencies are up to date

Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, travel coordination or related field is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of travel and schedules
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
