Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Commercial Property Associate for our Bishop’s Stortford office with a good technical background and commercial awareness.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Commercial Property team who are friendly, energetic, and dynamic and committed to achieving excellence. Our growing reputation means we act for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, disposals, joint ventures, and infrastructure agreements, as well as for property investors, funders, and trading businesses in their property requirements.
You will have up to 3 year’s PQE with a general commercial property background. You must be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and practice management systems. You may also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing or be keen to develop those skills.
