About The Role
As a technician, you’ll be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service of the full range of brand products. You’ll also undertake vehicle road testing and will be responsible for ensuring vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately. And of course, you’ll also play your part in ensuring that our customers receive great service, from start to finish.
Who do we need?
• Currently completing level 3 or fully qualified - NVQ Level 3 in relevant course or equivalent (e.g. City and Guilds, BTEC);
• It is essential that the person has at least 2 years’ experience working within a multi-brand or non-franchise environment either as an apprentice or time served technician
• Prior use of diagnostic equipment such as snap on or launch however full training will be provided
• A full driving licence is essential
