Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Working with a wide range of leading IT hardware and carrying out configuration work, upgrades and quality testing along with any problem troubleshooting and rectification
- The equipment you will be working on will include products from Industry leading brands such as Hewlett Packard, Lenovo and DELL along with many more. The product categories will range from Desktop Pcs and Laptops through Gaming machines, Graphics Workstations and Servers. Also, components, graphics cards, monitors, printers and networking equipment testing
- Helping prepare such products to be prepared to be shipped to custom or customer specifications and to be made ready for despatch
- Help check good in, carry out stock checks and tracking
Work with control system to complete production and other documentation required
The range of tasks is quite wide and varied and will throw up new challenges daily but great in-house training and support will be provided by our friendly and professional team.
