Systems Support Manager - Southampton - £60k + performance bonus

Pearson carter are currently looking for a systems support manager to support the clients various business functions and working closely with the Clients, Project Managers etc where necessary. 

Responsibilities

• Support to various different business functions to drive system and process improvements
• Provide support with requirement gathering on larger system enhancements and projects to assist the appropriate direction of development
• Conduct continual reviews of systems and processes to drive innovation and efficiency improvements and perform administrative duties

Skills

• 5 + years working in a financial services environment or similar
• Writing tools such as TSQL, SAS, Front Reports, MS Excel
• Experience working in team, providing training and development to more junior team members

Salary

£50,000-£60,000

Location 

Southampton (Fareham) - this role is hybrid
