Delivery Lead
Knutsford
As a Barclays Delivery Lead, you will have an exciting chance to be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of functional and infrastructure changes on the FileGateway Application. You will oversee the delivery of File Gateway channel that enables our Corporate Clients to securely submit bulk files of payments from their back-end systems into Barclays for processing.

What will you be doing?
• Creating and taking ownership of end-to-end project/release delivery plans, and ownership of project initiation, validating feasibility, financials and resourcing plans
• Carrying out detailed planning for project delivery with stakeholder teams and defining project schedules and timelines
• Managing internal stakeholders from other Tech delivery areas, Operations, Product and Support
• Driving external vendor project dependencies and deliverables
• Managing and tracking project budgets ensuring the change is delivered on time and in line with agreed finances
• Working closely with the programme lead to help define delivery roadmaps
• Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is within the programme risk tolerance
• Reporting for project level through internal delivery forums
What we’re looking for:
• Project delivery experience, preferable with both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience in delivering large complex technical projects within a challenging environment
• Must be able to demonstrate significant skills in stakeholder management, communication, influencing and strong personal credibility
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time management
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Exceptional analytical skills, methodical approach with good attention to detail
• Understanding of host-to-host Digital Channels
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization

This role will be based in Knutsford. We will confirm your place of work at the point of offer, ensuring that this is considered in line with our future ways of working and overall location strategy. You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
