Job description

Get Golfing CIO is a dynamic charitable organization that supports struggling English golf facilities and prevents course and club closures. Established in 2018, we own and operate eleven sites with over 130,000 unique visitors per year. Our venues offer a community-centered approach to golfing that makes it affordable and enjoyable for everyone.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our team. As an Office Junior at Get Golfing CIO, you will provide administrative support to our office staff and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Placing orders for all sites
• General ad hoc duties
• Ensuring all vehicle licenses ect are renewed on a timely bases
